The Diamonds in Bloom Giveaway has announced the lucky winner

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Florafino’s Flowers & Gifts and Pugh’s Diamond Jewelers have announced the winner of their Diamonds in Bloom giveaway for Valentine’s Day.

The drawing took place at Florafino’s with owner Jessica Tysinger being joined by Pugh’s sale manager, Tricia Huffman. Marissa Albaugh from Ivy Marie Prom and Bridal Boutique was invited to draw the winning name which was Becky Wigal of Zanesville. Wigal will be taking home a pair of yellow gold, half-carat diamond earrings worth nearly a thousand dollars and a flower arrangement worth $130.
