Perry County Sheriff’s Office releases five most wanted fugitives

PERRY COUNTY, Ohio – The Perry County Sheriff’s Office has released their top five most wanted fugitives in Perry County.



Shana Hall aka Shana Snyder, of New Lexington, is wanted for Aggravated Drug Trafficking.
Brett Merritt of New Lexington, is wanted for Parole Violation on Illegal Manufacturing Charges.
Shawn Potter of Zanesville, violated parole on Burglary and Grand Theft charges.
Justin Hutchinson of Lancaster, is wanted on Inducing Panic and Making False Alarms charges.
The New Lexington Police Department announced that just before 9am Wednesday morning they received a tip from a citizen that most wanted suspect, Dustin L. Stapleton was at a home in the village.
He was taken into custody without incident. Stapleton was wanted for aggravated possession of meth and tampering with evidence.
