Rex Palmer Stoneburner

Rex Palmer Stoneburner, 77, of Zanesville, passed away March 11, 2017 at his residence surrounded by family.

He was born November 25, 1939 in Zanesville, son of the late, Donald Palmer Howe and Anna Ackley Howe.

He is survived by his wife, Melanie Richardson Stoneburner; sons, Randy (Judy) Berkfield, Sherwin “Rusty” (Teri) Berkfield; daughter, Denise (Chris) Berkfield Lambert all of California; brother, Max (Helen) Howe of Fl; sister-in-law, Nancy Howe of Zanesville; grandchildren, Daniel, Juliann, Randi, Aaron, Rodney, Heather; five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his adopted parents, Gerald and Grace Stoneburner; brother, Tex Howe.

A dignified cremation has taken place, a memorial service will take place at a later date.
