ZANESVILLE, OH – A local giving group is making a difference for kids in the community. Today, 100 Women Who Care Muskingum County presented a check to Project Blueprint 740 to help support its mission.

Members of 100 Women Who Care came together to donate $10,000 to the nonprofit organization. The group focuses on providing guidance, support, and positive role models for young boys.

“It means so much. I used to be a teacher, and I still work with kids now.  The work that Project Blueprint 740 is doing to help guide these young men is something that will take them into their future forever. So, we’re really happy to be able to help.” Katie Graham, President of 100 Women Who Care Muskingum County, said.

Bryan Wolfe, the Director of Project Blueprint 740, says the donation will go towards essential resources like clothing, school supplies, sporting equipment, as well as opportunities for enrichment programs and activities designed to help boys reach their full potential.

“It means a lot. Everything that we do as a program is community funded. We wouldn’t be able to do anything that we do without the support from all the members of the community and all the organizations like this.” Wolfe said.

Graham says 100 Women Who Care is always looking for more women to get involved. You can learn how to join by visiting their Facebook page.
