A fatal crash is under investigation in Coshocton County

WARSAW, Ohio – The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a 2-vehicle crash on US 36 near milepost 12 in Coshocton County.

Troopers  were dispatched to the scene at 6:14 a.m. Friday  after the head-on collision. According to the Zanesville Post , Steven R. Husk Jr., 41, of Warsaw was driving a 2005 Saturn Ion westbound and went left of center and struck a 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 driven by Charles W. Litten, 76, of Warsaw as he was traveling eastbound.

Husk Jr. was pronounced deceased at the scene and Litten was transported to Genesis in Coshocton with non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash is under investigation at this time.
