The Brickhouse Market & Deli Ready to Welcome the Community
CAMBRIDGE, OH – A fresh new spot is opening in the heart of Downtown Cambridge.
The Brickhouse Market & Deli is officially coming to life, serving as both a market and a restaurant with a variety of fresh products and made-to-order options. Owners Dalton Wiggins, Nathan Stoney, and Meliah Moore say their goal is to bring more choices to the community while helping grow and revitalize downtown Cambridge.
“I think there’s a lot of potential. There’s a lot of potential for growth. I think Cambridge, especially the downtown, it’s wanting to grow. It’s wanting to bring forth more opportunities for people.” The Brickhouse Owner, Dalton Wiggins said.
“Like Dalton touched on a little bit, there are plans to always grow in one aspect or another. So, just constantly trying to evolve and give back. Different options for the community.” The Brickhouse Owner, Nathan Stoney said.
Thursday, April 2nd, marks the grand opening, and the owners are inviting the public to come out, check out the new environment, and taste what they have to offer. Kaden Casey, the Prep Chef, is especially excited for people to experience the fresh ingredients and unique flavors they’re bringing to Cambridge.
“I feel like we’re going to bring in a new bold style. I definitely think we have a different approach about how we are going with the food. It’s not going to be your typical fast food where it’s unhealthy for you, I think we actually do a very good job of making sure it’s healthy and good for the community.” Chef, Kaden Casey said.
The Brickhouse Market & Deli is located at 705 Downtown Cambridge. Their soft opening will be held Wednesday, April 1st at 5 p.m., with the grand opening on Thursday, April 2nd at 10 a.m.
