The woman from the Dresden shoot-out faces 39 felony charges

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – A Dresden woman now faces 39 felony charges after a shoot-out with the police following an eviction gone wrong.
Rebecca Theresa Ann Besser was going to be served an eviction notice on March 25 when she notified the officers involved that she had a gun. After the arrival of SWAT, tear gas, multiple exchanges of gunfire, and the shooting down of a drone, Besser surrendered to the authorities with no injuries to her or law enforcement, according to Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz.
According to the Muskingum County Prosecutor’s office, Besser faces three counts of attempted aggravated murder, one count of attempted murder, 32 counts of felonious assault, one count of obstructing business, and two counts of inducing panic.
