New Concord, OH- According to EMA Director Jeff Jadwin, at I-70 eastbound between mile marker 164 and 169 near New Concord there was an accident involving two semi-trucks, two people have been transported to the hospital, both lanes are closed at this time with no estimated reopening time. Please seek alternate routes.
