Matthew Stewart Boggs added to Most Wanted List

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office has added a name to their Most Wanted List.

Matthew Stewart Boggs, of Zanesville, is 5’11 with brown hair and brown eyes.

He is wanted on a Felony Indictment, and is charged with Carry Concealed Weapon F/4, Theft M1.
