The Barn offers ticket sales to local family stricken with tragedy

The Barn

ZANESVILLE, Ohio-  One local business is hoping to help a family stricken with a sudden loss.

The Barn has offered to donate all of the ticket sales for the Crossroads Station concert this Saturday to the family of Mary Lydic who tragically passed away on May 20th at the age of 33. Mary’s friend and coworker, Megan Jadwin, explains Mary was a loving mother who was never short of a friendly hug.

“She has two step children one daughter and a little baby that she just had a year and a half ago. Mary was a one of a kind and it breaks my heart. She would always have a smile on her face, greet you with a hug, she never met a stranger.”

The Owner of the Barn, Jim Watson, says he wanted to find a way to help Mary’s family.

“It was really just weighing on my heart of something that we could do to be able to help and the ticket sales and things like that I use to offset the advertising cost and band cost. I just decided that they could use that money more than we can.”

Tickets can be purchased the day of or online at the Barns website at www.thebarnzanesville.com
