Man Admits Raping Child
A Newark man admits raping a young girl.
According to Licking County Prosecutor Ken Oswalt, Wednesday in Licking County Common Pleas Court 51-year-old Rickey Allen pleaded no contest to two counts of rape. He was then found guilty by Judge Jon Spahr.
His sentencing and sexual predator determination will take place February 19th.
