SEPTA Prisoner Escape

The Nelsonville Police Department is on the search for a prisoner who escaped from the SEPTA correctional facility.

The 24-year-old Richard Paul Rush III was incarcerated for drug possession. He’s described as being 5’6, weighing 155lbs with blonde hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a brown t-shirt with jeans.

If you see Rush authorities said don’t approach him and contact your local law enforcement agency.
