LICKING COUNTY, Ohio – The Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for anyone with information leading to the arrest of two individuals.

Matthew Smith and Kaitlyn Winegar have been added to the Licking County Most Wanted List.

Smith is wanted on drug charges, and Winegar is wanted on a theft from elderly charge.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts, is asked to call Licking County Crimestoppers at 740-349-6888.
