Muskingum County Community Foundation’s Annual Report
ZANESVILLE, Ohio – The Muskingum County Community Foundation released their 2016 Annual Report.
This report allows the community to see what new scholarships were created as well as what grants were rewarded this past year. C.E.O. Brian Wagner said a lot of people contact them on information regarding grants and this report helps provide information they have.
“This is really a great tool in two ways,” Wagner said. “One it informs the community on what we’re doing, but it also shows the community where their investments are being made when they place funds here at the [Muskingum County Community Foundation.]”
Wagner said people decide to donate to the community foundation to give back to Muskingum County and they want to see our non-profits, projects, and programs grow.
“They want to see our students grow and do better by establishing scholarships,” Wagner said. “So this is just a great way through the annual report to sort of recognize some people who have stepped up and decided to create some funds to help out our community.”
