Pine Sentenced to 19 Years on Rape Charge

A Buckeye Lake man was sentenced Monday to prison on multiple charges including rape.  46-year-old Robert Pine in May pled guilty to rape, aggravated vehicular assault and operating a vehicle under the influence. Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Judge Kelly Cottrill sentenced Pine to 19 years in prison and registered him as a Tier III Sex Offender.
