Families gathered at Colony Square Mall over the weekend for Art in the Square, a community event that transformed the mall’s parking lot into a destination for entertainment, local businesses, and family-friendly activities.

One of the event’s biggest attractions was A Dream Come True Parties & Mobile, a spa party bus that gave young girls the chance to enjoy a princess-inspired experience without ever leaving the parking lot.

The mobile party bus offered a variety of activities, including spa treatments, runway walks, dancing, and birthday-style celebrations designed to make every guest feel special.

“We love coming to the malls, especially this mall because we love meeting new girls and kind of sharing the business opportunity of what we do,” said owner Miranda. “We love to make them feel special in every way and have the birthday experience they dream of.”

According to Miranda, seeing the excitement on the children’s faces is the most rewarding part of the business.

“So, oh my goodness, that’s the favorite part of what I do. When my girls walk into my bus, they explode with excitement,” she said. “It is an experience like no other, and we just bring all the energy. It’s just a whole vibe.”

The fun wasn’t limited to the party bus. Visitors also had the chance to cool off with ice cream from Brothers Treats, one of several local vendors participating in the event.

“The Colony Square Mall asked us out here for certain events, and that’s why I’m here now,” said Doug Dower of Brothers Treats. “My favorite part about selling ice cream to the community is seeing their choices and deciding what they want to pick out—maybe even finding a new best seller.”

Art in the Square provided families with an opportunity to support local businesses while enjoying a day filled with activities, treats, and entertainment, adding another unique experience to the Colony Square Mall community.
