White Cottage Flooding Reported

The heavy rains from Thursday caused flash flooding in White Cottage in Muskingum County.  These pictures were posted on Facebook from resident Connie Ulman.  It shows water covering parts of Limestone Valley Road.  The Ohio Department of Transportation reminds motorists when they see water covering a road to “turn around don’t drown.”
