Police search for suspect in attempted sexual assault

LICKING COUNTY, Ohio – The Licking County Crime Stoppers is looking for any information leading to an arrest in an attempted sexual assault in Utica.

On June 15, shortly after 2:30 a.m., a man entered the bedroom of a 17-year-old girl on Wells Ave. He held her down and attempted to sexually assault the female victim. She began to scream and the man left the room.

The suspect was wearing a dark colored bandana over his face.

A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered.
