Settlers win one-run game over Lima

NEWARK, Ohio – The regular season is winding down for the Licking County Settlers with just five games left.
Wednesday, the Settlers (15-20) took on the Lima Locos (27-10), who are leading the Central Division of the Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League. Lima jumped out to an early 2-0 lead, but the Settlers fought back to take their first lead in the home half of the second inning and held on to win 6-5.
The Settlers got six innings out of starter Craig Price, who struck out seven batters. Addison Albright picked up the victory.
The Settlers next play Thursday at Lorain County.
