Judge Injured in Steubenville Shooting

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine says that the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation will be helping in the shooting of a Judge in Steubenville. Police say it happened outside the Jefferson County Courthouse Monday. Common Pleas Judge Joseph Bruzzese, Jr. was injured. A suspect in the shooting died during the incident when a probation officer returned fire fatally striking him.
