Man Facing Major Drug Offender Specifications

A man was arraigned in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court this week on a major drug offender specification. 26-year-old Jose Barragan, address unknown,  is facing multiple charges including possession of drug, trafficking in drugs and fabrication of a vehicle with a hidden compartment. Barragan went before Common Pleas Judge Kelly Cottrill and pled not guilty. The judge continued his bond at $5,000,000 cash. Barragan is being held in the Muskingum County Jail.
