Authorities Locate Escaped Prisoner

Authorities in Licking County capture a prisoner who escaped Thursday night.

The Licking County Sheriff’s Office along with Newark Police found Joshua Homan a little after 7am Friday morning. Officials say the prisoner was being transported through Licking County on his way to Tuscarawas County when he escaped near Dayton Road.
