I-70 Westbound Should Reopen by 7:00 PM

The Muskingum County Emergency Management Agency says I-70 westbound should reopen by 7:00 PM Thursday. Executive Director Jeff Jadwin says the only location that is still closed is between Norwich and New Concord. Three separate accidents occurred today on the westbound side of interstate in Muskingum County.
