Three car accident outside Mother Tuckers

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- A three-car accident occurred near Mother Tucker’s Sunoco Gas Station on Sharon Ave.

Zanesville Police said the driver of the Jeep went to make a left hand turn into the gas station when it was hit by a Pontiac driving the other way. There were other cars that were pulling out of the lot. Lt. Chris Rice said the driver of the Jeep claims the lights were in his eyes and he couldn’t see. Lt. Rice stated there were minor injuries but, everyone declined medical treatment. The driver of the Jeep has been issued a citation for failure to yield when turning left. Sharon Ave was closed for less than an hour while the area was cleaned up.
