Robbery at CVS Pharmacy on Maple Ave.

ZANESVILLE,Ohio–The Zanesville Police Department is investigating a robbery at the CVS Pharmacy on Maple Avenue.

Zanesville Police said around 5:45 p.m. Thursday  a white male entered the store and demanded money from a cashier.

Police say the suspect claimed he had a weapon but one was not shown.

The suspect fled the store with an unknown amount of cash. He  is described as having a thin build and was wearing a Carhartt jacket.
