A Zanesville Police officer injured in the line of duty is back on the job. Chief Tony Coury says Patrolman Brandon Hardesty, who has been with ZPD for 3 years, is back to work on “light duty” and is mostly restricted to the police building until his injury is healed. Chief Coury says it looks like a knee injury that will hopefully not need surgery. Hardesty was injured on December 30th, 2017 responding to a reported fight at the One More bar on Linden Avenue.
