Lady Bishops win hard-fought game over Grove City Christian

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – In a low scoring game Bishop Rosecrans came out on top of Grove City Christian at home 34-27.

It took almost four minutes for either team to score their first field goal. The Bishops were able to take a 14-12 lead at the break and then outscored GCC 20-15 in the second half to get the Mid-State League victory.

Claire Creeks lead all scorers with 16 points. Tesa Littick added 12 for the Bishops.

The Lady Bishops are now 9-3 on the season and have won three in a row. They’re back in action Monday against Grandview Heights.
