Mickey steps down as Crooksville head football coach

CROOKSVILLE, Ohio – After spending the last four seasons leading the Crooksville football team, Chad Mickey is stepping down as the Ceramics head coach.

Crooksville athletic director Greg Williams confirmed that Mickey handed in his resignation on Monday. Mickey’s Ceramics went 15-25 under his watch, including a 4-6 finish this past season.

“I really appreciated the opportunity to be the head coach at Crooksville. The school, administration, players and coaches were great. Very supportive. I’m just ready to begin the next chapter,” said Mickey via email.
