THORNVILLE, Ohio – Sheridan’s Kendyl Mick has been voted the WHIZ-TV high school basketball player of the week.

In a game with state ranked Mayvsille, the Sheridan sophomore scored 20 points to help give the Lady Generals the 68-53 win. The victory now ties Sheridan and Maysville for the top spot in the Muskingum Valley League.

Mick is leading the Generals with just over 12 points per game this season.
