Flooding Closes Roads in Morgan County

The Ohio Department of Transportation is reporting high water in Morgan County. Public Information Officer Ashley Rittenhouse says heavy rain is causing high water and that is impacting some roads. Rittenhouse says State Route 60 between McConnelsville and the Muskingum County Line is closed…State Route 78 between McConnelsville and State Route 83 is closed…and State Route 669 between State Route 555 and Malta is restricted. Motorists should never attempt to travel through high water.
