Man Cited for Crashing Truck into House

Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz says a man has been cited after a weekend accident that resulted in a truck into a home. It happened just before 2:00 am Saturday at 835 Jersey Ridge Road. Sheriff Lutz says Slade Moore fell asleep at the wheel of his truck and crashed into the home. Moore was interviewed by deputies and was cited for failure to control and leaving the scene of an accident. No one inside the home was injured.
