One Injured in Coshocton Accident
An accident in Coshocton County sends one man to the hospital.
The sheriff’s office said just after 7:30 Wednesday night they received a 911 call in reference to an accident with injuries on S. 2nd Street near Cashland.
When deputies arrived they found that 69-year-old Grady Martin, was in a wheelchair when he attempted to cross the street and was struck by a vehicle being operated by 43-year-old Jeremy Roahrig, who was traveling south on 2nd Street.
Deputies said Martin wasn’t wearing any reflective clothing and was transported to Coshocton Medical Center and later to Grant Medical Center in Columbus.
