Tornado Touches Down in Perry County
The National Weather Service reports an EF-0 tornado touched down, Tuesday, along an over mile path near the Thornville community.
Three pull behind campers were tossed around at the beginning of the path near Ridenour Road and there was tree damage at the end of the path.
A single wide trailer off Ridenour Road was shifted three to four feet off its foundation, another trailer had roof damage and debris blown through the window.
Several trees along the path were also uprooted or snapped.
The National Weather Service estimates the maximum wind speed at 80mph.
No injuries were reported.
