Gibbs/Harbaugh will face off in November

A longtime Holmes County farmer and former state legislator has won a chance to run for his fifth term in Congress as representative of House District 7.

Republican Bob Gibbs defeated two primary challengers Terry Robertson and Patrick Quinn to advance to the November election.

On the Democratic side Navy veteran Ken Harbaugh faced businessman Patrick Pikus and was declared the winner.
