Christian Ray “ Chris” Mahle 23 of Zanesville passed away Saturday May 19, 2018.
He was born April 6, 1995 in Zanesville and called Southtown his home. He grew up at Lake Isabella where if he wasn’t working in the concession stand with his grandma he was flipping off the high dive or being the “social director” for the lake. He was a 2013 graduate of Maysville High School where he played football and loved to talk about his football days with his friends. He was a great team mate and always gave a 110% at whatever he chose to do in sports and this attitude carried on with him after high school. Christian had a huge heart and was always upbeat and cheerful. He will be remembered for his unforgettable smile and his undeniable joy that he brought to family, and his friends and anyone that crossed his path.
He is survived by his mother Lisa (Ken) Nutter; his father Scott (Debbie) Mahle; his brothers Aaron Mahle, Ben Nutter, David (Jessica) Barber, Jeremy (Alyssa) Barber and Matthew (Megan) Barber; his sister Jaime Hernandez; his maternal grandmother Patricia Isner; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. He leaves behind his crew at IM Rebar where he was an amazing iron worker and many friends that he considered his family.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Ray and Mary Mahle and his maternal grandfather Richard Zinsmeister.
