Interstate Death Ruled Suicide
The case of a man found dead on Interstate 70 is now closed.
Lt. Lawrence Roseboro with the Granville Post of the State Highway Patrol says that the death of 62-year-old Laurence Shelly has been ruled suicide by the LIcking County Coroner.
Lt. Roseboro says the coroner’s report indicates that Shelly was killed by a single gunshot wound to the head. The Patrol says Shelly was found beside the westbound lane of Interstate 70 between Ohio 158 and Ohio 37 with a gun nearby January 18.
Investigators says there will be no further investigation into the case.
