Meth Lab Suspects to Appear in Court
Two of the men arrested last week in connection to a methamphetamine lab in Perry County appear in court Tuesday morning.
54-year-old Robert Wise and 59-year-old Donald Miller will be arraigned by video on charges of illegal manufacturing of drugs and illegal possession of chemicals to manufacture drugs.
Miller also faces a felony count of possession of methamphetamine.
A third suspect, 49-year-old Brian Barnes will be arraigned at a later date.
Perry County Sheriff’s Officials say the three were arrested when law enforcement were attempting to locate a wanted person at 3530 Reading Township Road 123 in Junction City, when they smelled a strong chemical odor coming from an RV parked in the driveway. According to authorities that RV contained a meth lab.
