Two Plead Guilty in Robberies
Two suspects in a Somerset home invasion pled guilty to burglaries in Muskingum County Monday.
19-year-old Travis Pettry and 18-year-old Erin Noll each pled guilty to two counts of felony burglary and two counts of theft, with one count carrying a specification for an elderly victim.
Assistant Prosecutor Ron Welch says the charges stem from break-ins on Stanton Avenue and South Slope Bay in July and August of this year.
No one was home at the time of the burglaries. Welch says they are recommending Pettry serve 5.5 years and Noll receive 5 years.
The two still face charges in Perry County for an August 13th robbery at a State Route 668 residence where four people were tied up and robbed at gunpoint.
