Motorcycle and Car Crash Sends 2 to Hospital
A head on crash between a motorcycle and car sent two people to the hospital around 11:45 this morning.
Zanesville Police say Nikki O’Connell was making a left hand turn onto Spangler Drive when she and Robert Starkey who was riding a motorcycle, collided. The impact threw Starkey over a parked pick-up truck and onto the pavement. He was wearing a helmet.
Starkey and a passenger in the Subaru were taken to Good Samaritan Hospital. Starkey was then med- flighted to Grant Medical Center. His condition is unknown. Police say charges are pending in this crash.
