Weekly Most Wanted

The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man wanted for failing to register as a sex offender.

This week’s most wanted suspect is Richard Eugene Gibson. He also goes by the names Rick Gibson, Carlos Gibson, and Carlos Morris.

The suspect is known to have violent tendencies. He is described as a white male, 5’5", 150 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.

Gibson’s last known address was 3005 Maysville Pike in Zanesville.
