Miller Sentenced to Four Years
A 24-year-old Zanesville man was sentenced to four years in prison Monday for a gas station robbery.
According to authorities, Randy Miller robbed the National Road Pump and Pantry on Greenwood Avenue in May of 2008.
A DNA test on a sweatshirt by the crime scene linked Miller to the robbery and he pled guilty to one count theft under $500 and one count of robbery.
In addition to four years in prison Judge Mark Fleegle ordered him to pay $225 dollars in restitution and be under post release control for three years.
