Philo Man Pleads Not Guilty Of Attempted Murder

 A Philo man charged with attempted murder pleads not guilty in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court. 40-year-old James Harris is also facing three other charges including felonious assault, having a weapon while under disability and carrying a concealed weapon. Harris is accused of shooting 38-year-old Trevor Carson several times in the back on November 27th in Carson’s trailer. Authorities say they believe the two men knew each other at the time of the shooting. Judge Mark Fleegle continued Harris’ bond at one-million dollars.
