What Local Residents Are Shopping for This Year

People are looking to knock off the items on their Christmas lists as the holiday season nears.

So what are people hunting through the stores for this year?

"Just toys for my grandkids and clothes for my kids, " says local shopper Jeanna Nelson.

"I don’t know, the clothes I guess, " says local shopper Bree Brown.

"The nice bargains and a lot of good bargains, " says local shopper Raymond Back.

Back says it’s not hard to find great discounts and sales at local stores, and both he and Nelson say it may be the reason more people are turning out to shop this year.

"Right now, no, it doesn’t look like the economy is hurting," says Nelson.
