Fatal Accident Claims Life of Woman

Freezing rain is responsible for an early morning death.

It happed around 9 AM Saturday morning in Goshen Township. Bradley and Shawna Carlson of Dover were traveling east on US 250 near milepost 13 when their Honda Civic struck a Lincoln Continental that was stopped in the roadway from a previous crash. Clifford and Shelley Craine of Ravenna were inside the Lincoln when it was struck by the Civic. Shelley Craine died as a result of the crash. Everyone else was taken to Union Hospital with serious injuries.
