Woman Sentenced for Sex Crimes

A Zanesville woman will serve four years in prison for sex crimes with a minor.

26-year-old Rubi Dillard was sentenced on four counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

According to Assistant Prosecutor Bob Smith, Dillard had a consensual sexual relationship with the 15-year-old son of a family friend. The actions took place between November 2008 and May 2009.

Once Dillard is released from prison she will have to register as a Tier II sex offender and will remain on post-release control for five years.
