Kraft Foods Accident Investigated

A Coshocton man was hurt in an early morning explosion at a Coshocton food plant. The Sheriff’s Department says it happened just before 4 a-m at Kraft Foods on South Second Street. Investigators say 48-year-old Mark Krebs was flown to Ohio State University Medical Center with unknown injures, was treated and released. Kraft Foods Spokeswoman Susan Davison says there was a pressure release in the smokehouse. She says there was no significant damage to the building or products in the plant. An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the accident.  The plant is continuing to operate.
