Fairfield County Man Faces Drug Charge

A Fairfield County man is arrested on a felony charge of illegally manufacturing drugs.

Sheriff’s Office Sergeant Rod Hamler says officers responded to 1280 Blacklick Road Friday and were looking for Kevin Nye, who allegedly was running a meth lab out of his home.

Nye will be arraigned tomorrow in court.

He is currently being held at the Fairfield County Jail on a 100 thousand dollar cash assurity bond and a 25 thousand dollar recognizance bond.
