2 Cars Crash on Northpointe Drive

An accident at the intersection of Northpointe Drive and Richvale Road causes some traffic delays this afternoon.

It happened around 12:30 p.m.

Zanesville Post State Trooper Wes Archer says Bernadette Fitzgerald of Crooksville was attempting to make a left hand turn from Richvale Road onto Northpointe Drive when she struck Doris Smith of Coshocton, who was traveling north on Northpointe Drive.

No one was injured in the accident, but it did cause visible damage to both vehicles.

Archer says Fitzgerald was cited with failure to yield at a stop sign.
