Drug Bust in Thornville

Perry County officials discover a large hydroponic marijuana growing operation in Thornville.

Perry County Sheriff’s Sergeant Kevin Starrett said that a search at 75 Park Drive in Thornville, Sunday, led to the findings.

Deputies seized over fifty marijuana plants as well as a large quantity of items associated with the grow.

Suspects have been identified but names are not being released until formal charges are filed.
