S.R. 209 In Muskingum County Closing For Repairs

The Ohio Department of Transportation announced Friday that State Route 209 near the Guernsey /Muskingum County line will be closed for about two weeks.

Starting on Tuesday, September 14, crews will be repairing a slip and culvert.

State Route 209 is scheduled to re-open on Monday, September 27, weather permitting.

The suggested detour is State Route 83 to U.S. 40 to State Route 209.
